How to Franchise
with the Frog Squad

This is the initial call between Jeremiah’s and you, the candidate. Why do we call it a first date? We will get to know you, you will get to know us, and if there is a potential fit, we can take things to the next level.

We will ask you to share basic information about your current financial situation, background, and experience to help us better understand your qualifications.
TIMING: 45 – 60 min.
ITEMS TO COMPLETE: Franchise Application

We will schedule a Zoom session to discuss your deepest, darkest secrets (just kidding). This meeting will allow us to spend some time reviewing your Franchise Application together and discussing your background, strengths, opportunities, and your potential fit as the newest member of the Jeremiah’s Frog Squad.
TIMING: 60 min.

The following items will not necessarily be completed in this order, and are all equally as important.

RECEIVE AND REVIEW FDD After reviewing your application, you will be sent our Franchise Disclosure Document. We will allow you some time to review and then will schedule a Zoom session to discuss the document together, provide you the spark notes, and answer any questions you may have.
TIMING: 45 min.

PROFORMA PLAN Your proforma will help you to make a more informed decision on Jeremiah’s as a potential fit from a financial perspective. Using the information provided to you from the FDD and the information you may have obtained from your own research, you will prepare a proforma plan using our provided template
TIMING: 30 min.

FINANCIAL / BACKGROUND VERIFICATION You as a franchise candidate will submit required information via a 3rd Party online verification system for verification of assets and a soft credit pull as well as background checks. Using this online verification tool will also make next steps to securing financing more seamless.
TIMING: 15 min.
ITEMS TO COMPLETE: Financial / Background Information

PEEK BEHIND THE CURTAIN An opportunity to experience Jeremiah’s from the other side of the counter. You may schedule a store visit with a current franchisee.
TIMING: 2 – 4 hrs.

A discovery process with Jeremiah’s HQ where we share our deepest, darkest secrets with you (and no, we’re not kidding this time). After going through a series of online videos, you’ll have the opportunity to meet our team in person to ask questions and experience the brand. This will be a one day event hosted at our Training Facility and HQ in Orlando, FL.
TIMING: 1.5 hrs. for Online Video Journey & 7 hrs. for In-Person Session

After your virtual visit with HQ, and if the Jeremiah’s team feels there is a mutual fit, you will be given a rose during our final rose ceremony (okay … we’re kidding again). All jokes aside, if you are approved by the team following Discovery Day, we will schedule a zoom session to confirm next steps, discuss territory and confirm operational plans.

Congratulations! Upon execution of your franchise agreement and funding you will be officially onboarded a member of the Jeremiah’s Frog Squad!
