THE HISTORY OF THE ANNUAL FROG SQUAD SUMMIT
Since launching the franchise program, our team at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice wanted an opportunity to host all our franchise owners in the same space and share our annual goals. We also enjoy taking time to highlight our best-in-class leaders and recognize the strong efforts they’ve put into their businesses around the country. The summit is the perfect time for our franchise owners to mingle and swap advice and business ideas with each other and for us to get to know them better than ever before.
This year’s Franchise Frog Squad Operations Summit included our franchise owners from all over the United States. Also invited to attend were their store managers and any other franchise partners listed on their franchise agreements. It was our biggest gathering yet, and we cannot wait to see how many frog squad members attend the next one.

Several breakout sessions included discussions on younger generation talents, the value of local store marketing, and growth readiness.
