Jeremiah’s New Franchise Advisory Council is Up and Hopping

After seeing what a great resource a franchise council can be to franchise communities, the leadership team at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice decided to create our very own Franchise Advisory Council that’s aligned with industry best practices. We’ve identified highly engaged Frog Squad franchise owners to partner with our support center squad members to create an inclusive space for cool communication. Together, we’ve formed a best-in-class resource for all our franchise owners.

What the Franchise Advisory Council Does

The Franchise Advisory Council (FRAC), among many other things, helps create a two-way communication system between you as the franchise owner and the support center team at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. It helps tackle any concerns or interests from either group—including key subjects like marketing support, store training, corporate policies, distribution issues and more. The Franchise Advisory Council can help bring another perspective on how we can work together to create flavorful experiences for our guests and to strengthen the brand as we grow. You’ll still have our tenured team of leaders at Jeremiah’s as a resource, and the Franchise Advisory Council is a forum where you can lean on other owners for support and guidance.

Our Franchise Advisory Council’s first members kickstarted the program this year and they will manage communications with the franchise community regarding the council’s progress. Franchisee Lisa Rapson, for example, has started serving on the council and is already seeing the benefits.
